Welcome to my little blog. My name is Ashlee, and I am the girl behind One Lazy Autumn. I am a true homebody living on the west coast in Victoria BC with my love Logan. Since my move from Ontario to Victoria I have completely fallen in love with the west coast, and even more in love with this west coast boy.

This is a place where I can share all the edible inspirations from my time in the kitchen and enjoy all the changes with each season. With this blog, I have been discovering what makes me happy, which usually involves food and creating seasonal meals. Over time my tastes have moved towards a whole food, plant based diet. However, I try not to limit myself when a treat is involved.

I will be sharing mostly seasonal vegan recipes, creating  a cozy living space, my passion for farmers markets and my journey on starting my soap business. If you see something you like, let’s connect.

Feel free to stay a while.

    Hey Ashlee,

I love your website and wish you the best of luck in the west.

Living in the Philippines its tough to find true vegan cuisine as everything is made with MEAT…..but I have found a few good spots off the beaten path. Although I am not a true vegetarian (and far from vegan) I try to make at least 50% of my meal choices as such to keep my body, soul and conscience clean

Thanks for sharing your recipes as I will try them out while here! If I can find the ingredients as its pretty tough sometimes……even though this is considered Asia.

    Take care and live well.

    Your Cousin,

Thanks Adam! I’m glad to hear you are putting in the effort to feeding your body some vegan goodness. It can be tricky when you’re living/visiting somewhere completely different.

Sending well wishes to you and your little family,
