I don't know about you guys but this has been one not so lazy autumn for me. Here are a couple highlights of my fall: one. Portland. Me and two of my girlfriends went on a short and very sweet little road trip to Portland at the beginning of November for some delicious food and shopping. It will however leave you with the biggest gooiest smile on your face. I used a date mixture instead of traditional caramel sauce, so this is both a raw and vegan caramel apple.
